This agency is open to mutual aid agreements with other first responder agencies on state, county, and local levels.  

Pennsylvania law permits state law enforcement to invite municipal police outside of their jurisdiction for the purpose of rendering aid to that state agency.  PA Title 42 § 8953 (a)(3)(i)
